With every harvest, we ensure that each fruit is carefully nurtured, free from any harmful pesticides or chemicals, making them truly certified organic by the Soil Association. Our commitment to producing safely and responsibly is demonstrated by our membership of food safety schemes whereby we are annually inspected and audited as well as committed to regular residue analysis.

We are therefore able to provide full traceability from orchard to customer. Working with our nurseries, skill agronomists and our own skilled operators to ensure what we produce is safe and meets all required industry standards.

We are certified members of The Soil Association, Red Tractor Fresh Produce Assurance Scheme and an accredited silver member of Tesco Nuture.

Employees:

As a business with a small work force and soon to become and employee owned trust. The health and wellbeing of our employees is seen as very important. They are encouraged to work within their limits, to enjoy a good work life balance and are always made aware of the possible dangers to themselves and others that are working on a farm. Employees attend refresher courses to keep skills up to date with new regulations, as well as regular health and safety meetings.

NFU Risk management support us with our Health and Safety requirements by annually carrying out audits and risk assessments to ensure that we are up to date with all regulations to ensure that we are maintaining a safe environment for both our staff and the public.
